I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER SINCE JAN OF 08 AND HAVE NOT EVEN HAD ANYTHING AS NICE AS THIS GREAT LOOKING MULTI TOOL TO TEST. I DID TEST A SEPTIC TANK TREATMENT BIG " WOW" LIFER FRED

i've been a member since 2000 and thing only thing i ever saw was a plastic j-channel jig that they sent in the dead of winter when NO ONE WITH A BRAIN does siding work.

Instead of complaining here to the general public, none of which can do much to help you, why don't you do like the rest of us, call and/or write the membership department and lodge your complaint with them? If you're that unhappy, and been so for (looks like an average of 8 to 10 years or better) then why didn't you resign your membership? Come on guys, let's get a grip and press ahead.
